Boston detective Frank Shaw (Joel Kinnaman) returns to duty after a career-altering injury leaves him permanently deaf. They are assigned to interpret for Ava Fremont (Sandra Mae Frank), the deaf witness to a brutal gang murder. When the killers return to kill them, they find themselves cornered in an apartment building that is soon to be demolished. Cut off from the outside world, these two strangers must rely on each other to outwit the killers who don’t hear them coming, as it is their only hope of getting out alive.
